On March 4, 2025, North South University successfully hosted The Bottom Line Series, its flagship career-focused accounting seminar, organized by the Department of Accounting & Finance in collaboration with the NSU Accounting Club (proposed).

The event featured leading professionals, including Mr. Mahtab Uddin Ahmed (President, ICMAB), Mr. SK Ashik Iqbal (Partner, Deloitte), Mr. Shah Md. Mohin Uddin (Hasan & Mohin CA), and Mr. Raqibul Faiaze Md. Ikramah (ACCA & Grameenphone). Dr. FJ Mohamain opened the seminar by stressing the growing demand for Chartered Accountants.

Key sessions included insights on ethics, leadership, and the impact of AI in finance. A lively panel discussion allowed students to directly engage with the speakers on career trends and industry challenges.

The event concluded with a crest ceremony, recognizing the contributions of the speakers and organizers. The Bottom Line Series successfully created a platform for learning, networking, and career inspiration in accounting and finance.
